How do I care for my ExVoto jewelry?
Chlorine, salt water, perspiration, soaps, perfumes, makeup, lotions, and hairspray can damage your jewelry. Remove ExVoto jewelry before applying products or swimming. Clean with a soft cloth, and use a small drop of soap if needed (avoid abrasive cleaners). Store in the cloth bag or velvet box to prevent scratches.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on jewelry that has not been customized within 14 days from ship date. All items must be in original condition with tags attached and returned in the original packaging. All engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
