Internship Overview
This internship opportunity provides students with the ability to grow their knowledge professionally in their career, but also personally. Our internship program teaches about customer service, apparel and jewelry merchandising, marketing, sales, and buying with hands-on experience. We pride ourselves on the opportunity to shape interns into becoming successful professionals in their industry.
Position Overview
For the spring and fall semesters, interns will be required to work 14 weeks, and 10 weeks for the summer semester.
- Customer services, assisting customers with special orders for engraved jewelry along with web orders and special order shipping
- Assisting in quarterly and daily inventory maintenance, management, and intake
- Store merchandising, mannequin styling, tablescape styling, and general store presentation
- Assisting with photoshoots and special events

Frequently Asked Questions
How will time be spent?
Like most jobs in fashion, everyday can look different than the previous! Through the internship program in Rosemary Beach, you will receive hands-on training as you learn the ins and outs of the business of fashion and retail. In the Birmingham store, you will receive more insight on the merchandising and ordering aspect.
Time will be spent on the sales floor, assisting in photoshoots and content creation, learning about fashion and jewelry merchandising, management, shipping, sales, customer service, and event planning.
Rosemary - Large focus on sales, customer service, merchandising, with experience in ExVoto brand representation, assisting in photoshoots, shipping and special order processes, inventory control.
Birmingham - Focus on sales with building customer relations, with experience in inventory management, merchandising, special order process and shipping process, the intern will assist the Operations Manager, assist with special events planning, and experience an overview of marketing and the apparel buying process.
Who should apply?
Our internships are available to college students working on degrees in apparel merchandising, apparel design, textile, and business.
