How long does engraving take?
All orders with free shipping will ship USPS. Expedited shipping orders will ship through FedEx. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CT will begin processing the following day. All orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM CT will begin processing on the following Monday morning, including orders with expedited shipping.
Machine engraved pieces take 1-2 business days to be engraved and shipped.
Hand engraved pieces take up to 4 weeks to be engraved and shipped.
How do I care for my ExVoto locket?
Chlorine, salt water, perspiration, soaps, perfumes, makeup, lotions, and hairspray can damage your jewelry. Remove ExVoto jewelry before showering, applying products or swimming. Clean with a soft cloth, and use a small drop of soap if needed (avoid abrasive cleaners). Store in the cloth bag or velvet box to prevent scratches.
What is your return policy?
All engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Any special order, which has modified an item in any way, including custom length changes, is final sale. ExVoto cannot issue a refund for lockets or pendants which have become damaged by after-purchase engraving.
