Her dedication and hard work to the brand stretches from thoughtfully designing each piece, managing a full team of women, keeping contacts with all wholesale accounts, ordering new inventory, and assisting clients (and MUCH more). She is continually encouraging her employees and is the master of getting things done quickly and efficiently.

Montgomery Store Manager, Joined EV in 2019

Susan is the Shop Coordinator in the Montgomery shop. Susan plans store events, and provides excellent customer service to our Montgomery clients. She can help find any gift, the perfect outfit, and style any look. She is a long time ExVoto Client turned employee! Stop by to see Susan and shop with her!

Carly works in our Birmingham shop creating social media photography content of incoming apparel and jewelry, as well as managing our social media accounts across all platforms.

Ciara is the shop coordinator in our Rosemary Beach, Florida shop. You can find Ciara on the sales floor any day of the week, ready to help in any gift need or outfit to wear to dinner that night. She will see you on your vacation!

Operations Manager & Third-Party Apparel Buyer, Joined EV in 2019

Abie manages all behind-the-scenes operations, from sourcing and coordinating third-party apparel to handling internal company communications and human resources. She assists our founder and designer, ensuring our team and stores have what they need for smooth operations. Her dedication keeps everything running efficiently at ExVoto!

Studio Inventory Manager/Wholesale Sales Account Rep, Joined EV in 2013

Shannon assists in the Montgomery Showroom and works in the studio making sure we have the components needed to create our jewelry. She also takes care of customer service for our wholesale accounts, making sure all our wonderful retailers around the US have what they need.

Birmingham Store Manager & Certified Color Analysis Expert, Joined EV in 2023

Amber is the Shop Coordinator and Color Analysis Expert for our Birmingham location! She gives you a color palette that harmonizes with your natural skin, hair, and undertones. When she isn’t helping with your color palette, she’s working hard in the store to assist customers in finding the perfect outfits and gifts!

Studio & Shipping Coordinator, Joined EV in 2020

Alyssa started out at ExVoto as a jewelry builder. While she still builds, she has grown into a shipping and studio coordinator. She processes web orders - shipping them out as soon as possible, answers whatever questions you have on LiveChat, and makes sure all the shops have the jewelry they need!

Gabby keeps our Rosemary store looking fresh! She coordinates with our Art Director for a weekly store reset. Gabby is also our Rosemary color analysis expert, so book an session with her to discover your color palette! Fun fact about Gabby is that she also has assisted in creating a few custom ExVoto exclusive clothing items!

Carrington shows her creativity by merchandising our Birmingham shop throughout the week, as well as helping customers find perfect pieces for their wardrobe. Carrington is also our Intern Recruiter and Special Events Coordinator, she enjoys planning events and overseeing the internship opportunities ExVoto provides!

Special Projects Manager & Rosemary Beach Full Time Sales, Joined EV in 2024

Abby is our Special Projects Manager and oversees new and exciting ideas ExVoto is working on! From events and new creative ideas that help with the growth of ExVoto, Abby shifts to help wherever she is needed within the company day to day! When she isn't in our Rosemary Beach location helping customers find the perfect outfit, you can find her lending a helping hand to the marketing team, working with Elizabeth on production details for the ExVoto lable, or helping with our wholesale markets.

Wholesale Sales Representative and Inventory Coordinator, Joined EV in 2024

Kate manages all of our wholesale trade show events, showcasing our collection to retailers. Kate accepts, processes, and distributes orders from ExVoto Label retailers, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. Additionally, she is responsible for receiving and distributing ExVoto label inventory to all of our locations as it arrives.

You can find Courtney in our Rosemary Beach location greeting and helping customers find the perfect piece to add to their closet! As Assistant Merchandiser, she helps curate new displays that showcase our styles in a beautiful way! She has a passion for organizing as well and helps make the front and back room of the store neat and tidy at all times!

Pat is essential in keeping ExVoto running smoothly, particularly when it comes to new development projects. He oversees communication, ordering and tracking for our ExVoto label apparel. Pat is also great with numbers and can tackle any challenges that arise! Fun fact: He's the husband of our owner and founder, and he's been known to step in and steam clothing for the store on busy days when we need to get products out quickly!
