People have asked me how to start their own jewelry company. The only advice I have is from my own experience, and it probably applies to most new companies, not just jewelry. Build relationships with your vendors and connections before you ask the big asks. And when you ask, know specifically what you need. Example, “Who is the best at plating small cast components?” Then keep building and searching to develop the strongest, most highly experienced group of suppliers and producers you can find. You have the ideas, go find the right team to help you execute those ideas.
