We made it to 2021! YOU are the reason we made it through this challenging year! You brought joy to us each time we heard your voice on the phone, saw your (masked) face walk through our doors, chatted with you on live chat, or saw a message from you in our DM box.
It is absolutely true that, in a small business, an actual person does a happy dance each time a sale happens. You kept our team busy this year which meant groceries, mortgages, car payments etc were all kept paid up. We never had to say goodbye to a member of our team, in fact, our team grew!
