Elizabeth Adams
Founder/Designer
Our fearless leader! She is the woman behind it all, every step of the way. Her dedication and hard work to the brand stretches from thoughtfully designing each piece, managing a full team of women, keeping contacts with all wholesale accounts, ordering new inventory, and assisting clients (and MUCH more). She is continually encouraging her employees and is the master of getting things done quickly and efficiently.

Susan Cooper
Montgomery Shop Coordinator, Joined EV in 2019
Susan is the Shop Coordinator in the Montgomery shop. Susan plans store events, and provides excellent customer service to our Montgomery clients. She can help find any gift, the perfect outfit, and style any look. She is a long time ExVoto Client turned employee! Stop by to see Susan and shop with her!

Carly is the Shop Coordinator in Birmingham shop. Carly provides excellent customer service to our clients and can help you find the perfect gift or outfit.
Ciara Golden
Rosemary Beach Shop Coordinator, Joined EV in 2020
Ciara is the shop coordinator in our Rosemary Beach, Florida shop. You can find Ciara on the sales floor any day of the week, ready to help in any gift need or outfit to wear to dinner that night. She will see you on your vacation!
Abie Upton
Operations, Joined EV in 2019
Abie takes care of all behind the scenes operations of ExVoto! From executive assistant for our founder/designer, to human resources, Abie does it all! Day to day, you can find her in our Birmingham office processing shipments, tracking apparel, and managing inventory. Organization is her superpower & we are thankful for her many hats that she wears!
Ramsay Stayer
Art Director, Joined EV in 2020
Ramsay communicates company wide merchandising plans to coordinate with marketing plans. She plans, styles, and runs photoshoots. She also uploads products online and keeps them up to date. Ramsay assists in creating content for our blogs, Instagram, and Pinterest! Fun fact about Ramsay is that she has assisted in creating a few Rosemary Beach Exclusive jewelry pieces!
Shannon Wilson
Studio Inventory Manager/Wholesale Sales Account Rep, Joined EV in 2013
Shannon assists in the Montgomery Showroom and works in the studio making sure we have the components needed to create our jewelry. She also takes care of customer service for our wholesale accounts, making sure all our wonderful retailers around the US have what they need.

Alyssa Johnson
Studio & Shipping Coordinator, Joined EV in 2020
Alyssa started out at ExVoto as a jewelry builder. While she still builds, she has grown into a shipping and studio coordinator. She processes web orders - shipping them out as soon as possible, answers whatever questions you have on LiveChat, and makes sure all the shops have the jewelry they need!

Amber Thompson

Amber is our Birmingham color analysis expert! She gives you a color palette that harmonizes with your natural skin, hair, and undertones. When she isn’t helping you find your color palette, she’s working hard in the Birmingham store to assist customers in finding the perfect outfits and gifts!
Gabby Hebert

Gabby keeps our Rosemary store looking fresh! She coordinates with our Art Director for a weekly store reset. Gabby is also our Rosemary color analysis expert, so book an session with her to discover your color palette! Fun fact about Gabby is that she also has assisted in creating a few custom ExVoto exclusive clothing items!
Mary Madden Bishop

Mary Madden works diligently in our Birmingham store to help customers find exactly what they are looking for! If she’s not on the floor, you can find her in the Birmingham office hard at work planning, organizing, and prepping for all ExVoto store events! Fun fact about Mary Madden is that she creates all our photo collages for social media!

You can find Abbie Lee in our Rosemary Beach store helping customers find the perfect gift or outfit! Abbie Lee creates and maintains content for the ExVoto TikTok channel and Pinterest! She also assists in social media and marketing strategies for ExVoto.
